ERP Application Developer (f/m/d)


Your tasks
  • Programming, expansion and optimisation of our ERP system
  • Monitoring of the systems from the backend and frontend area
  • Support of SQL databases
  • Implementation, testing and documentation of new developments
  • Programming interfaces to external systems

Personal and professional requirements
  • A sound IT education, e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) in application development or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic and scripting languages in the ERP environment
  • XML knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in project work as well as in cooperation with other departments and external service providers
  • Trustworthy and binding customer and service orientation
  • Good command of English
  • Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and flexibility

IT application support (f/m/d) - focus on EDI.

Your tasks
  • 1st level support: You are a competent contact person for the specialist departments, coordinate the enquiries and requirements and take over the implementation.
  • EDI expert: You create and manage the EDI mappings, take care of the documentation and administer the Lobster Data EDI converter.
  • Databases: You will be responsible for the SQL databases.
  • Interfaces: You actively manage interfaces to other internal departments as well as to external service providers. You will also programme new interfaces to external systems
  • Processes: You support the further development and integration of processes in connection with the ERP system and digitalisation.

Personal and professional requirements
  • Education: You have a completed vocational training in the IT environment, a degree in computer science or alternatively a comparable qualification.
  • Work experience: Ideally, you already have practical experience and a sound knowledge of the handling and administration of ERP systems.
  • Projects: You have already gained initial experience in project work and are practised in working with other departments and external service providers.
  • All-rounder: You communicate at eye level and have a service-oriented, conscientious way of working. You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of self-motivation

Controller (m/w/d)

Für unseren Standort in Gnarrenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und erfahrenen Controller (m/w/d). Die Position ist ab sofort zu besetzen. 

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Erstellung der monatlichen Vertriebs- und Einkaufskennzahlen und nehmen an den Analysen mit den Abteilungsleitern teil
  • Sie unterstützen bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und erstellen das entsprechende Reporting 
  • Sie bereiten die monatlichen Kennzahlen der internationalen Tochterunternehmen auf und analysieren diese gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Mitarbeitern
  • Sie erstellen Reports und Ad-Hoc Auswertungen sowie Analysen für den Vorstand und den Vertrieb
  • Sie bringen Ideen ein, um Controlling-Prozesse und Kennzahlensysteme zu optimieren und zu automatisieren
  • Sie helfen dabei die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse in unserem ERP-System in den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling voranzutreiben


Persönliche und fachliche Anforderungen

  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im Controlling-Umfeld sammeln
  • Sie verfügen über einen gewissen Weitblick, sind kommunikativ und haben eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie haben ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, behalten auch beim Umgang mit großen Datenmengen den Überblick und haben idealerweise bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute MS-Excel Kenntnisse
  • Sie beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift
