Notes on return shipment

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
  2. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. 
  3. Please note that the aspects under the aforementioned points 1. to 2. are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal; these aspects also do not change the fact that we bear the risk of damage to the goods during the return transport.

Return costs

The return costs refer to the costs incurred for the return of the goods from the consumer to the trader within the framework of the right of withdrawal. According to the implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive, these costs are generally to be borne by the consumer.
